Over the years I have worked as a backend, full stack, and Android engineer, and now as an Engineering Manager. This end-to-end experience gives me a practical perspective on what teams need to thrive.
When I am not optimizing delivery pipelines or mentoring engineers, I am usually deep into a good book or writing stories.
