Release Flow

I designed and automated the Android release process, wiring it end-to-end with Slack notifications and mandatory sign-offs from every stakeholder team. Releases are now fast, transparent, and effectively “democratic”: each team owns its scope, the pipeline runs automatically, and shipping becomes the default outcome instead of a bottleneck.

EM Toolbelt

I am building an internal dashboard that brings engineering management into a single place: it generates individualized career paths and decomposes product work into actionable tasks directly from designs and PRDs. The goal is to give engineers clear growth trajectories, and turn vague initiatives into well-scoped, executable work.

Streamlined hiring process

I rebuilt the hiring process to maximize efficiency and transparency, introducing objective rubrics and structured scoring. This has made evaluations consistent and bias-resistant, though calibrating the final go/no-go decision continues to demand rigorous team alignment. I've created a UI to handle HM and technical interview stages from a single place, driven by honest metrics.
